Job: Regional sales technician (senior)

Studies: Industrial Engineering, Industrial technician or any high studies related to electronics of industrial processes.

Complementary studies: MBA or masters related to business manage and administration

Required and contrasted experience: the candidate must proof to have experience in technical sales of industrial products in the automotive industry for car makers and its suppliers, as well as in the industrial sector.

It´s needed a business research to develop the market.

Candidates from other industrial sectors will also be considered.

Languages: Native Polish, High level in English (B”). French or Spanish optional but would be an advantage.

Willingness to travel: The candidate must be willing to travel all around his area and must be explicitly affirmed by him/her. It could also happen that the candidate would have to even travel outside his sales area to handle projects related to his customers. Trips could also be changed depending on company needs.

Driving license availability: The candidate must have all his documents legally in order to drive

Own vehicle availability: Not required. The company will supply one.

 

Tasks: the candidate will have to perform the following tasks:

  • Management of present customer base, follow up on orders and contracts with customers and distributors
  • Expand present customer base both in the automotive industry and in other industries
  • Put forward strategies to increase Senstronic presence in South Africa
  • Presentation and homologation of products to present and new customers
  • Follow up of industrial projects with OEMs, its Tier One and their suppliers of capital goods in order to ensure Senstronic products are supplied

 

Objective driven work: the candidate must indicate former objectives he’s had to work against in former or present jobs and give proves of them. This is the most important part of the recruitment. The company will define yearly objectives and their fulfillment will be followed up in a monthly basis by his Regional Sales Manager

 Proactivity: compulsory.

Autonomy at work: This is a must: the chosen candidate will receive a technical sales training for a week. Still, the candidate must already have experience in

  • scheduling visits with customers over the phone
  • internal communication with company colleagues
  • making trips within his sales area to reach the places where customers are placed
  • organizing trips taking into consideration their location, in order to maximize visits and minimize costs
  • working against a budget for trips, overnight staying, eating and good relations with customer

Work reporting: this is compulsory. The candidate will report to the Regional Sales Manager through mail and over the phone and will report one per week latest all his visits and sales actions in the company CRM (Salesforce)

Beginning to work: Immediate

Type of contract: Permanent after 6 month trial.

Expected salary: to be informed by the candidate, who must show his present (or last) monthly salaries as well as his minimum salary for the last year.

Maximum salary to be received in Senstronic: Salary will be composed of two parts, one fixed and, the other, variable, depending on sales objective achievement. We would like to receive counseling on local salary levels in order to propose higher levels including the variable part
